Session Information

To ensure the most pertinent and topical issues are covered on the AIIM Forum Europe 2024 programme, we have shared a list of highly recommended session titles for you to seriously consider utilising for your speaking opportunity.
These titles have been pulled together from delegate requests, feedback from AIIM events, and industry issues that we are aware are challenges for users.
The more you address these, the more interest there will be in your session.
We do appreciate that if you have booked a "Case Study Fireside Chat” you will need to choose your own topic based on the case study you and your client are presenting.
All session information submitted will be reviewed by the programme committee.

Case Study Fireside Chats

The Case Study Fireside Chats are 40 mins are designed to be co-presented as a conversation with one of your clients / customers, showing how your organisation can benefit the end user audience.

This session will allow you to use predetermined questions to highlight the end-users pain points and will run through the challenges the client experienced (that end-user participants may be experiencing themselves) and demonstrate how your customer (with your help!) has overcome them. Here you can bring to life how your offering can help reduce cost, workload and / or stress within the workplace.

Content topics are at your discretion, signed off by the event Programme Committee.  We will need your topic, brief and speaker information ASAP to ensure you maximise the positive promotional opportunities for your session, encouraging maximum delegate engagement and attendance.

Content topics are suggested based on what delegates have told us they want to hear about.  However, we also appreciate you may need to submit content at your discretion, signed off by the event Programme Committee.

AV - These sessions include a PA System, laptop, projector and screen.

Technology Knowledge Sessions

The Technology Knowledge Sessions are a 15 minute ‘How To’ Masterclass on your products or services. This is a great way for partners to demonstrate how your offering helps / supports / benefits Information Management Users. It is a transparent opportunity to share information directly with delegates who are interested and keen to hear / learn. Think of it as a demo pitch.

This session needs to be clear and concise. As these sessions are open to all it is good to use either a few examples or a very generic example to make it relevant / appealing for all industries that may attend the session.

We require concise information on who needs / should be attending from a delegate point of view, so we can share this with the delegates in advance.

Please download the Technology Knowledge Session form

AV - These sessions will include a PA system and TV screen to present technology demo's, please bring a laptop and any connecting cables to run your demos

Preview Video

We recommend all speakers to provide a short video clip no longer than 1 minute on the key benefits of attending their session.  This can simply be done on a mobile phone – send us the video file, we will embed it into the event branding and then we will upload this to YouTube, giving us a shareable link to use in pre-event promotion.

This is a great way to bring your session topic to life and encourage attendance!  The link will be shown on your speaker/hosts page on the website and on the conference agenda online.
