Below are a few first steps to get you started on promoting yourself and getting ready for the event before full information is released 5 months prior to the event.

On-Site Data Capture

All AIIm Forum Europe Delegates will be wearing a badge with a barcode holding their contact information. 

To find out more and to order a data scanner (if you do not have one included in your package) please contact Louise Hart- Davies or complete the scanner order form. 

Your Speaking Slot (if applicable)

To ensure you meet the delegates who have a genuine interest in your products and services and to enable our delegates to choose their sessions more effectively, we are suggesting that sponsors provide us with a seminar video preview clip to back up the marketed précis.

This is your opportunity to promote your session to our pre-registered delegates and let them know the key topics covered and takeaways. All videos provided will be added to the AIIM Forum YouTube channel and shared in various social media feeds.
