The official stand contractor at the CILIP Conference is Roadstar Expo
Standard Sponsor Package (2mx1m, 3mx2m, 4mx2m)
- Shell scheme stand (2mx1m - 2sqm total floor space, 3mx2m 6sqm total floor space or 4mx2m total floor space 8sqm)
- Electricity = 1 double power point
- 2 x Stools
- 1 x White Oval Counter
- 1 x Literature Rack
- 1 x Nameboard
You will need to consider/provide the following items as part of your booth presence:
- Demo equipment Laptops etc.
- Company literature
- Graphics - including any velcro required to put them up
- Stand staff

Bespoke Builds
Please Note: RAMS paperwork and stand plans will be sent to an external contractor for approval so may take around 2 weeks to receive feedback and approval. We recommend getting this to us sooner rather than later and advise that you do not sign off any stand designs prior to approval as we may need to request changes or reject plans that do not follow the T&C of the stand booking. Anyone wishing to construct or install anything considered a complex structure, within their stand space must submit a copy of their plan to bree@revolution-events.com no later than 14th June for approval. Revolution Events has the right to refuse a stand design if it may cause issues with other exhibitors or the venue (e.g. blocking sight-lines, obstructing hanging banners etc) or not be deemed safe with adequate RAMS Documentation. If documentation is not received and approved in advance of the event, Revolution may, if necessary, ask for build to stop when onsite.
Please be aware that the maximum height allowance on your stand is 2.5m. If you wish to install anything above this height, special approval is required.
Graphics
Our recommendation is to use standard exhibition graphic panels that can be fixed to the stand walls using self-adhesive hook and loop Velcro (stand team to provide). For best fit panels should be made to fit within the following dimensions.
Each individual panel (internal):
2473mm H x 985mm W for 2.5m panels
Number of panels per stand:
Each stand is different and the number of panels can vary, even for stands of the same size so please get in touch with Bree Pace if you are unsure on the number of panels you have
It is possible to produce graphics to fix* to the oval counter provided. The dimensions of the counter are as follows:
Wrap around circumference: 900mm H x 1525 L
*Please ensure graphics are fixed with a low-tack adhesive that is easily removable.

Live Leads App Licence 
If you have hired a live leads app licence or if you are exhibiting and speaking and have one as part of your package, please remember to set up your account before the event. Contact Chloe for more information on setting up your account
You will receive an email directly from our registration partner (Circdata / Fusion Exhibit) with the link to download the app and your login details.
In the meantime we recommend signing into the exhibitor portal and setting up your products and any questions you would like to add to help your team qualify your leads.

Setting up your stand
It is really important that when setting up your stand, everyone on your stand team knows that ALL ITEMS - banners, furniture, rugs, balloons etc MUST be within your stand boundary during the event.
There are a few reasons for this including fairness to all exhibitors as well as health & safety etc.
To hopefully make this as clear as possible we have created a document that will be on your stand, plus a video of Eli our Operations Manager explaining the guidelines.
