Badges / Registration

Exhibitor badges will be delivered to your stand on Wednesday 17th June during the event build up.
To order, please complete and return the Exhibitor Badges Form (by Friday 22nd May). The number of badges you are entitled to is dependent on your stand size - see below for more information: 

• 2m x 2m Stands = 2 staff badges

• 3m x 2m Stands = 3 staff badges

• 4m x 2m Stands and above = 4 staff badges.

Catering Passes

Cash catering is available throughout the day for any snacks or soft drinks.  All daytime catering will be served in the exhibition area. To help keep your costs down, we are providing allocated staff passes which include a free exhibitor lunch & tea/coffee. This entitles you to a grab bag, which contain a sandwich / salad, snack and drink.  The number of staff passes you are entitled to depends on your stand package - please see below for more information:

• 3m x 1m Stands: 2 Staff Passes
• 2m x 2m Stands: 2 Staff Passes
• 3m x 2m Stands: 3 Staff Passes
• 4m x 2m Stands and above: 4 Staff Passes (maximum)

Additional staff places can be purchased for £40 + VAT per person.  This includes access to the show and keynote sessions, tea and coffee throughout the day and lunch.

Note: This year we will not be providing vouchers for lunch instead we will scan exhibitor badges. This is to help keep queues down and speed up the lunch process by making it cash and voucher free.
