Show Planner & Deadline Dates

Below is a list of items that need to be actioned in preparation for the Eastern Education Show. To minimise stress and cost, it is best to begin this process as early as possible. In order to assist you we have highlighted the compulsory forms.  We would also recommend emailing your Exhibitor Manual to your contractors and any companies sharing your stand.

	Complete your Company Information Form. This includes uploading your logo. DEADLINE:  ASAP.
	Sponsor Badges, Insurance and Health & Safety Form. DEADLINE: 22nd May 2026.

	Book Accommodation for your Staff.
	Live lead licence hire (Available a few weeks prior to the event).
	Order additional Furniture, Electrics or AV (by 22nd May 2026).
