Breakdown must not commence until 16:00 on Thursday 3rd July, after the final session has begun. Please be aware that a session is taking place in the space next door so any drilling/hammering or loud breakdown activities must wait until the session has finished at 16.45.
Please note that all exhibitors are required to sign the CILIP Conference health & safety declaration, which states that exhibitors will not break down before 16.00.
Any exhibitor who breaks down before this time is in breach of the terms and conditions of contract and may invalidate their insurance liability. Revolution Events accepts no responsibility for any invalidation of insurance.
All shell scheme exhibits must be collected by 17:30 on Thursday 3rd July. Anything left after this time must be correctly labelled for collection and venue staff must be made aware so it can be taken to the loading bay. This is the responsibility of your stand team. Please make Eli Pitchers aware, in advance, of anything that is being collected from the loading bay.
