The Celtic Manor Resort is a stylish five star hotel, featuring several floors of immaculately designed guest rooms, situated right in the heart of the resort. The Celtic Manor Resort is set in 2,000 acres of panoramic parkland in the beautiful Usk Valley, just off the M4 (J24), only 90 minutes from London Heathrow, 45 minutes from Cardiff Airport and Bristol Airport and 5 minutes from the Severn Bridge. We are located close to intercity rail services at Newport, with direct trains to Cardiff, London Paddington, and Birmingham. You can access the venue via public transport from Newport Train Station to Celtic Manor & ICC and it is approx 0.4 miles (9 Minute walk) to the venue.

 Deliveries

Before organising for items to be delivered to the IRMS Conference, please take 5 minutes to read the information below:

  • Mark boxes: Use the delivery note* and noting "IRMS Conference 2026". 
  • Mark the name of organisation on each box (not just the delivery company).
  • DO NOT ship boxes to arrive before Saturday 16th May, as the venue will not accept them. Please note that large deliveries on pallets will not be accepted until Sunday 17th May.
  • IMPORTANT: If your boxes need to arrive before Saturday 16th May special arrangements must be made.  Call +44 (0)1892 820 933 or email bree@revolution-events.com and we will try our best to organise this.
  • We are expecting a total of around 350 attendees so if you are sending literature we suggest a maximum of 300 copies should be sent.
  • Items must be collected on Tuesday 19th May, please note that the venue does not have storage after 7pm.

Storage in the exhibition area is limited.  Where possible, ask your courier to remove any boxes that are not required.  Please see Bree Pace if you require storage once at the venue.

International Deliveries

It is essential that any items sent to the UK from overseas are clearly marked.  It is of paramount importance that description forms are completed fully for customs.  Please ensure that you allow plenty of time for your international items to arrive as they can be held in customs for up to 7 days.  If you do not have a UK address that items can be shipped to in advance please contact Bree to discuss your requirements.  

Insurance

It is recommended that all Exhibitors take out insurance to cover themselves against loss of property and/or damage to their stand, etc as well as having the compulsory public liability insurance.

Internet Access

Complimentary internet access will be available for all IRMS Conference attendees and is suitable for general web browsing. Please note that should not be relied upon for any streaming requirements on your stand.

Access details along with a username and password (if required) will be provided closer to the event date.

 Security

Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and security of personnel and equipment, the organisers cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage or any consequential losses which may befall your personnel or property.

We would strongly recommend that valuables, particularly those of a portable nature such as laptops, tablets etc, are not left unattended on your stand or in the conference room at any time but especially during the breakdown period.  If you think you may need storage for a particular item please contact the organisers on site and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

A primary objective of ours is to deny access to the professional thief. In order to do this we operate a no badge, no entry rule. This rule applies not only to delegates but to sponsors, speakers and staff as well.

If there is an incident on your booth resulting in loss of property, please make sure you report it to the Organisers on site. Unfortunately failure to do so could result in your insurance claim being made void.

 Sponsor Badges

As mentioned previously, the IRMS Conference operates a no badge, no entry rule.  This applies to all attendees to the event including delegates, speakers, staff and all sponsors.

To order your badges, please complete and return the Sponsor Badges form to Bree Pace no later than Friday, 17th April.  Your badges will be on your stand on arrival.

Please note that cameras (Video and Photography) may be present at the event as per past years. Attendees not wishing to be filmed can make themselves known to the camera team so that they can be avoided.
