Congestion Charge &
Low Emission Zone

Please note that the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms is within the Congestion Charge Zone. Anyone (except those discounted or exempt) driving through or parking a vehicle on public roads within a congestion charging zone has to pay a daily charge of £15.00. Payment of this charge allows you to enter, drive around and leave the charging zone as many times as you wish that day.

The congestion charge is operational from 07:00 - 18:30 Monday to Friday. For further information please click here.

How to Pay:

ONLINE: please follow the links at www.cclondon.com
BY PHONE: please call 0845 900 1234
RETAIL OUTLETS: pay in cash at newsagents, convenience stores and petrol stations where you see the congestion charging sign or the Pay Point logo.
SELF SERVICE MACHINES: Look out for the self service machines in major public car parks within the charging zone.

There is a higher charge to pay for vehicles travelling within the M25 that do not comply with the emission standards. You will need to pay a daily charge if you drive within the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in a vehicle that does not meet the ULEZ emission standards and is not exempt from the scheme or registered for a 100% discount.

For more information on the ULEZ/LEZ please click here.

 Security

Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and security of personnel and equipment, the Organisers cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage or any consequential losses which may befall your personnel or property.

We would strongly recommend that valuables, particularly those of a portable nature such as laptops, tablets etc, are not left unattended on your stand or in the conference room at any time but especially during the breakdown period.  If you think you may need storage for a particular period of time please contact the registration on site and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

A primary objective of ours is to deny access to the professional thief.  In order to do this we operate a no badge, no entry rule. This rule applies not only to delegates but to sponsors, speakers, staff and contractors as well.
If there is an incident on your stand resulting in loss of property, please make sure you report it to Revolution Events whilst onsite, unfortunately failure to do so could result in your insurance claim being made void.
