Standard Sponsor Package

• 2 x Chairs
• 1 x Table
• Access to venue power. We recommend that you bring an extension lead if you are needing power. 
• Basic Wifi

You will need to consider/provide the following items as part of your booth presence:

• Demo equipment Laptops etc.
• Company literature 
• Graphics. Our recommended supplier is Knockout Print (01892 823540)
• Stand staff

Live Leads App Licence 

If you have hired a live leads app licence or if you are exhibiting and speaking and have one as part of your package, please remember to set up your account before show day. Contact Bree Pace for more information on setting up your account

You will receive an email directly from our registration partner (Circdata / Fusion Exhibit) with the link to download the app and your login details.

In the meantime we recommend signing into the exhibitor portal and setting up your products and any questions you would like to add to help your team qualify your leads.

Each licence can be used on one device only, so ensure you share the login details with a member of your stand team.

Setting up your stand

It is really important that when setting up your stand, everyone on your team knows that ALL ITEMS - banners, furniture, rugs, balloons etc MUST be within your stand boundary during the event.
There are a few reasons for this, including fairness to all exhibitors as well as health & safety etc.
To hopefully make this as clear as possible, we have created a document that will be on your stand, plus a video of Eli, our Operations Manager.
