Standard Sponsor Package (3m x 2m)
- Shell scheme stand (3m x 2m 6sqm total floor space)
- Electricity 1 double power point
- 2 x Stools
- 1 x White Oval Counter
- 1 x Literature Rack
- 1 x Nameboard
You will need to consider/provide the following items as part of your booth presence:

Space Only Sponsorship Package
Space only packages can differ depending on you agreement - please refer to your contract for full information.
However, Space Only packages do NOT include:
- Shell Scheme
- Nameboard
You will need to consider/provide the following items as part of your booth presence:

- Additional furniture requirements
Graphics
Our recommendation is to use standard exhibition graphic panels that can be fixed to the stand walls using self-adhesive hook and loop Velcro. For best results, panels should be made to fit within the following dimensions.
Each individual panel (internal):
2473mm H x 985mm W for 2.5m panels.
Number of panels per stand:
For a standard 3m x 2m stand the number of panels you require may vary from 3-7 depending on location - please contact Emily Taylor for clarification.
It is possible to produce graphics to fix* to the oval counter provided. The dimensions of the counter are as follows:
Wrap around circumference: 900mm H x 1525mm L with a 10mm bleed all around.
*Please ensure graphics are fixed with a low-tack adhesive that is easily removable.

Live Leads App Licence 
If you have hired a live leads app licence or if you are exhibiting and speaking and have one as part of your package, please remember to set up your account before show day. Contact Bree Pace for more information on setting up your account.
You will receive an email directly from our registration partner (Circdata / Fusion Exhibit) with the link to download the app and your login details.
In the meantime we recommend signing into the exhibitor portal and setting up your products and any questions you would like to add, to help your team qualify your leads.

Setting up your Stand
It is really important that when setting up your stand, everyone on your team knows that ALL ITEMS - banners, furniture, rugs, balloons etc MUST be within your stand boundary during the event.
There are a few reasons for this, including fairness to all exhibitors as well as health & safety etc.
To hopefully make this as clear as possible, we have created a document that will be on your stand, plus an explanation video from Eli, our Operations Manager.
